Event: Sacred Mantra Workshop - A Devotional Chanting Experience with Kerry Tice (in-studio + online!)
Date: Sunday, March 22nd from 12:00pm-12:45pm Cost: $25 Register here Sacred mantra is an ancient devotional practice — one where the voice becomes medicine and sound becomes prayer. Through the repetition of divine names, we enter a state of vibrational healing. The sound current of chanting moves through the physical body, gently clearing resistance and restoring harmony. As the mind grows quiet and “bored,” it releases its grip—making space for something deeper to emerge. This is where another voice begins to sing: your true voice, your soul’s voice. There is also profound science behind this practice. Chanting stimulates 84 meridian points on the roof of the mouth, activating the hypothalamus, which signals the pineal gland and the entire glandular system. This is why mantra feels so nourishing, regulating, and uplifting to the nervous system. Beyond the physical and mental benefits, chanting opens a unified field—a shared energetic space that already exists, waiting to be entered. When we chant together, we step into this field and instantly connect with all those who have ever sung these mantras across time—past, present, and future. With intention, your voice becomes an invitation—to call in guidance, protection, love, and support. To feel held. To feel accompanied. To remember you are never walking alone. This workshop is an offering of devotion, remembrance, and resonance. No previous chanting experience is needed—only a willingness to listen, to feel, and to let your voice be exactly as it is. |
